Windmills of My Mind 
It certinly is a journey. I continue to be overwhelmed by all the walking this journey requires. Also, there is the matter of having worn out too many shoes while doing the march. It’s left me too old and tired to actually celebrate anything and I never feel I have reached the jewel of wisdom and contentment and often wonder if those two things even exist at the alleged destination.

But then something happens that gives me valued appreciation. My daughter just sent a picture of her with her daughters ( Crislynd age 21 and Carla age 7) with Santa Claus. Moments like these bring bursts of gratefulness in the journey.
