      1. I used to do yoga years and years ago….but with my arthritis and joint pain….I am not sure if I even want to try…I know I am not suppose to say I can’t but I really don’t think I can….xx

      2. Yoga helps arthritis and joint pain, 2013 I injured my right knee, I could hardly walk, after therapy I walked with a cane. Yoga healed me. I’m saying it will heal you, but maybe ease you. Thank you for sharing your thoughts I really appriciate your friendship Kat xx😊
