Fat Tuesday

Zeppole are an Italian art when it comes to holidays, Fat Tuesday is one of those days when everyone indulge. The next day is Ash Wednesday therefore no meat and no indulgence.

Puff pastry is not just for sweets, I use it for meals…

This time I stuffed it with sausage made of parsley and provolone sautéed with onions…
