~Tell me a story of who you are, and see who I am in the stories I am living. And together we will remember that each of us always has a choice~Oriah Mountain Dreamer
The willingness to get unstuck from our pre-programmed life is a turning point of a journey. ‘I’m done!’ A wonderful expression of anger, disgust or disappointment.
When something that once was the center of life’s joy and excitement has lost it’s sense of fun and freshness, it is wise to let it go. To keep at it, is like trying to keep a dying person alive against their will.
I have let go of self and have come into the spirit of life. My happiness now is knowing who I am, feeling an unbounded, deeply awakened consciousness. It is a feeling of immersing myself in a beautiful lake, then coming up, taking a deep breath, letting go and awakening to a connection of all things, water, sky, air.
I started my journey by leaving home, venturing into the world to find my dreams. I faced hazards, trials, sickness, and met up with charlatans, sages or others who were just wondering, looking, for a nameless shadow to find meaning to their pain, disappointments or anxiety and their life.
My life now is like a symphony played by an orchestra. The mind has stopped and the music starts. The conductor lifts the baton, and after a vibrant hush, I become one with the orchestra, one with instruments playing and one with the music and its glorious melody. A counciouness descends upon me. This is the world of freedom. I am forever changed. The music lives forever within me.
I am home! The home that was within me all time.
You have reached your Nirvana.

The road to Nirvana is both strenuous and calming….a little of both exists within us each day.

Lovely. The quote is perfect, for it all lies in the choice, doesn’t it? How amazing is it to realize that the power to transform has always been within us for the choosing. 🙂
